Terms of Service & Fee Agreement

1. What we do

[Company LLC] ("we") checks whether you received every vehicle add-on refund you are owed (such as vehicle service contracts, tire & wheel, GAP, etch) and the correct amount, and, where a refund is missing, prepares and sends requests to cancel those products and refund unearned charges, acting under your signed Authorization and Limited Power of Attorney. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. You can do this yourself for free

You have the right to request cancellation and refunds directly from the product administrator, dealer, or lender at no cost. Using us is optional.

3. Fee

The refund check is free. If you already received the correct refunds, you owe nothing. Our fee is 30% of the confirmed missing amount we recover through our requests. We never charge on refunds you already received or that were already in progress. There is no minimum fee. If the missing amount is under $75, we will not file; we will send you free do-it-yourself instructions instead.

3a. What counts as missing

A refund is missing only (a) after the lender's, state's, or administrator's automatic refund window has passed without a refund (we use 45 days after payoff or trade-in unless the contract or law sets a different deadline), or (b) when the administrator's written refund calculation shows you received less than that calculation (short-changed). Our estimator alone never establishes a missing amount. Forgotten add-ons are handled first.

3b. When we invoice

We invoice after the refund is confirmed by the administrator (written confirmation) or by you (check, deposit, or statement). For a refund credited to a paid-off loan, we invoice after you confirm the credit posted. [Card/ACH authorization terms — pending.]

3c. Not accepted at launch

Cases where a refund would be credited to an open loan balance (for example a repossession or a loan still owing).

4. Refunds go to you

All refunds are paid by the provider to you or your lienholder. We never receive, endorse, or redirect refund payments.

5. Cancel anytime

You may cancel our services at any time before a request is submitted at no cost. [Post-submission cancellation terms — pending.]

6. No guarantee

Estimates are not guarantees. Refund amounts depend on your contracts, mileage, claims paid, and state law.

7. Disputes

8. Electronic signatures

You agree that checking the box and typing your name constitutes your electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state UETA law.
