We collect only what we need to pursue your add-on refunds: your VIN, contact details, optional dealer/purchase info, documents you upload, and your e-signature record (name, time, IP address, browser).

We use it to identify your contracts and send cancellation and refund requests to dealers, lenders, and product administrators on your behalf. We share it only with those parties and with service providers who help us operate (hosting, e-signature, mail/fax), under confidentiality obligations.

We never sell your personal information. We don't use it for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to records we must keep by law. We will not text you without your consent.
